Made a reservation and got sat immediately. If you order anything, you have to order the fire roasted oysters and burnt end mac and cheese. When I tell you those oysters were some of the best I have ever had… I thoroughly enjoyed the parmesan and bacon on them. The mac and cheese was decadent and rich and they were not stingy with the brisket on top. Great service as well. Highly recommend!
The filet mignon at Tavern and Table was incredible. It was cooked perfectly, tender and full of flavor with a great peppery crust. The broccolini had just the right amount of char and added a really nice balance to the meal. The mashed potatoes were creamy, buttery, and honestly some of the best I have had in a while. Everything on the plate worked together and the meal felt simple, fresh, and really well prepared. The service was great and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. Definitely a five star dish and something I would come back for again.
Came for Sunday brunch and was not disappointed! The food was so good! Everything was well-seasoned and the service was great. We got the smoked salmon dip as a starter and it was delicious! Definitely recommend the smoked salmon dip for the table. I personally got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was so good! The seasoning of the chicken was on point and it had a good kick to it! I usually have a high spice tolerance so it was nice to have a sandwich that had good flavor and spice. Highly recommend this place for Sunday brunch!
First time visiting. All I can say is AMAZING!! We were seated quickly inside by the window. Came during Sunday brunch. Atmosphere was very relaxing and chill. Our server, Milen Kostov from Bulgaria was on top of great service. He was very informative, knowledgeable,about the menu. We had the shrimp and grits which was savory, spicy and flavorful. And also the Smoked salmon on toast which was filling and delicious. A total 5 star! You won't be disappointed!
Shrimp and grits like we've never had. You do have to like spice, though. Atmosphere is great. Service and timing is great and our server, joe was awesome!! Olga was amazing with helping us know what to see during our time in charolston!!
We always enjoy a visit to Tavern and Table. Food, service and ambience with waterside dining. We found this gem four years ago and dine here every time we are Mount Pleasant/Charleston. Great food and chill vibe.
It was good food and drinks. Atmosphere is what sets it apart. Nice location by the water, and very long dock area to take a walk after. There is nothing better than sitting outside at the bar on a nice day and feeding your liver liquid fuel, check it out!
So beautiful and such a great vibe for a girls night out! We each got a different delicious food and they all came out beautifully and fast! Our waiter was also very kind and very joyful!
Absolutely loved my experience at Tavern & Table! The atmosphere on Shem Creek is amazing and such a great spot for brunch, lunch, or dinner. I tried the Italian flatbread and it was delicious. Definitely a favorite local spot just minutes away!
Had brunch with three of us each ordering the Wild Mushroom Dutch Baby. Baked in a cast iron skillet, mixed herbs, wild mushrooms, topped with a their version of a classic Mornay sauce and seasoned crispy artisan bacon. The fresh side salad dressed with an amazing vinaigrette nice touch for accompaniment. Excellent service and just a great wonderful dining experience. Great job Tavern & Table. Will be back again soon.
